GEORGE CROSBIE

NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

George set up and led the Pupil Support Service within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea providing both off-site and in-school support for learners whose behaviour was causing concern. He was responsible for the roll-out of the Behaviour Improvement Programme in RBKC and many of the innovative services set up with this grant remain today funded by the schools they support. For over 10 years George was also the Exclusions' Officer as well as a school improvement advisor for a number of schools.

George has worked in Alternative Provision education for over 35 years.  He retired from his post of Head of Commissioning and School Support at TBAP last year. Prior to that he was Head of Pupil Support Service with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and developed that service from its inception when the borough took on responsibility for education on the demise of the ILEA in 1990.

George has experience of working in and developing provision to support learners whose behaviour and/ or attendance is causing concern  both off-site and in-school. During his time in RBKC he also acted as an Advisor to a number of schools.

As a non-executive director at Plan B George is keen to work with colleagues to take the provision to its next stage of development. That is from a well regarded and innovative AP provider to an outstanding Independent AP School.

OLI HENDERSON

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Oli previously spent several years working in the financial markets in the City of London as head of compliance for NYBI Ltd delivering funds throughout Africa to the International NGO & Charity sector for clients such as the US Embassy, Water Aid, Plan International, & the British Red Cross. Oli managed his team to implement and drive the systems and due diligence processes needed to safeguard the charities funds and make sure the aid ended up on the ground where it was most needed.

In June 2013, Oli took over as Managing Director of Plan B Education; it seemed to him that the organisation had the people and the vision most aligned to his own passion ensuring education extended to the hardest to reach young people that often struggle to engage.
