2. Upon contact with Mr Berman an immidiate decision will be made to be proceed or not.

 

3. To Proceed please return to Mr Berman the completed referal form & Risk assesments.

 

4. Once returned referal forms & risk assesments have been reviewed a home visit will be arranged with the student and their immidiate family.

 

5. Once the home visit has been completed a panel will make a decision as to whether or not to accept the student. - The refering school or local authority will be informed as soon as a decision is made.

 

6. Refering partners will be expected to sign a SLA agreement before education of the student begins

 

7. Exepcted time from initial contact to decision made - 2 days.
