Our Headteacher

 

Neil Sykes was recently appointed head teacher for both the Chelsea and Peckham Alternative schools. He has an extensive background in education having spent the last 15 years in senior leadership appointments often in challenging urban environments. His leadership experiences include a Headship and interim Head of School roles.
 
Neil endeavours to be an ambassador for young people and is committed to securing the highest levels of attainment. He quickly develops positive relationships with young people, building their self esteem and confidence. Neil encourages and supports their aspirations by creating a personalised approach to learning. This vision embraces Plan B Education's commitment to providing quality learning in a viable alternative school.

 

The levels of engagement by students at Plan B are very encouraging and reflect their personal journey and learning needs whilst building a vision for the future.
